The hotel was set in a central area next to all beaches, the roof top restaurant and Civic Theatre. It also was in the centre of Newcastle.

This place is nicely appointed and luxury and the staff are amicable. The units are new-fashioned, fashionable with a couch, intelligent lighting and large super king bed. The location is particularly good, at a short distance from The Obelisk. The rooftop restaurant in the hotel is excellent, has amazing dishes. Every time we stay in Newcastle, like to stay here.
As we remember, there was no room service.

I really loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect-just a short walk to shops, cafes, and the waterfront. The king-size bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the concept of a free filtered water tap, which helps cut down on plastic waste. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay feel even more special.

Housekeeping was attentive, servicing our room daily even when we informed them we would be out for the day. the amenities offered were fantastic, ensuring all our needs were met with ease.
I found the size of the bathrooms to be a little smaller than ideal, which could be slightly inconvenient for those needing extra space. this minor issue did not detract significantly from my enjoyable stay.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the tram and local attractions. Rooms are modern and well-equipped, though the softness of the beds and pillows may not suit everyone. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, and I loved the eco-friendly touches throughout.

During my recent trip to Newcastle, I was eager to visit the Newcastle Museum, drawn by its rich history and intriguing exhibits. I chose to stay at Crystalbrook Kingsley primarily for its proximity to this landmark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the really good concierge service that made my experience even more enjoyable. The staff was helpful, and the 24-hour front desk was a significant asset, providing me with prompt assistance whenever needed. I loved the cooked-to-order breakfast;
I encountered a frustrating situation when I arrived at the hotel. My daughter, who was arriving later for her school formal, was denied check-in despite having her ID. This left me feeling disrespected and upset, as I had made every effort to ensure a smooth arrival for my family.
